Bodegas Maestro Sierra is one of Jerez’s most revered and traditional sherry producers, renowned for its dedication to craftsmanship and heritage. Founded in 1830 by José Antonio Sierra, a master cooper, the bodega remains family-run and is celebrated for its meticulous, time-honoured approach to winemaking. Today, his direct-descendants (and mother-daughter team), Doña Pilar Plá & María del Carmen Borrego Plá continue to carry this storied winery forward. Maestro Sierra Pedro Ximénez Sherry is rich, velvety, and indulgently sweet. Intense aromas of dried figs, raisins, and molasses lead to a luscious palate of toffee, dark chocolate, and espresso.
